This soft-ripened cheese is created by washing the exterior of our traditional white-bloom Camembert during maturation, which creates a sticky, orange rind and leaves behind a stronger, savoury-flavoured cheese with an oozier texture.
Just like Camembert, this cheese is notoriously delicious when baked until golden, as it melts into a satisfying, rich, and gooey dip that is perfect when enjoyed with slices of toasted baguette, dried cranberries, honey, garlic, and rosemary.
