We use premium, Australian-grown macadamias sourced from Nutworks, a local family business located in Yandina.
Where do you source the ginger used in your Ginger Club Cheddar?
The delicious ginger we use comes from Buderim Ginger, a family-owned Australian business also located in Yandina.
What about the honey used across your products?
As you can see, we take pride in sourcing quality produce from family-owned businesses. The pure, raw honey we use also comes from a local supplier located in the Sunshine Coast hinterland — Hum Honey.
Is your mousse gluten-free?
Yes! Our Rich Chocolate, Chocolate Mint, and Chocolate & Salted Caramel flavours are all gluten-free.
Is all your cheese gluten-free?
Yes, all of our cheeses are gluten-free unless stated otherwise on the packaging.
